The shooting happened in the 12500 hundred block of Rosecrans Avenue around 11 p.m. Deputies from the Norwalk sheriff's station were flagged down by people who heard shots fired in the area.
The deputies found the man dead in the driver's seat of a car.
So far there is no information on a possible suspect. The victim's identity has not been released.
