SIERRA MADRE, Calif. --
The Sierra Madre Rose Float Association is seeking volunteers to help finish their float for the 2014 Tournament of Roses Parade. Volunteers are rushing to decorate the magical, flower-covered floats as the parade nears.
The float's theme is "Catching the Big One," and will feature a flapping tail.
