The BLD Restaurant on Beverly Boulevard has scheduled the Sriracha dinner for January 9.
Some of the dishes the restaurant has come up with include lobster roll with Sriracha aioli and rib eye poutine with Sriracha gravy. There's even s'mores with a Sriracha marshmallow.
The shortage came after a judge ordered the company that makes the sauce to cease production after Irwindale residents complained about health concerns related to the plant's peppery emissions.
