A 75-year-old woman in New York City is $2 million richer thanks to her fortune cookie.

Emma Duvoll used the lucky numbers on the back of the fortune paper to play the Powerball lottery. Five of those six numbers were drawn on Feb. 1, turning the retired Bronx resident into a millionaire.

Duvoll got the cookie while dining at Sammy's Noodle Shop & Grill, a Chinese restaurant in Greenwich Village. She bought the winning ticket at the Hannaford Pharmacy in upstate Pine Bush.

Duvoll says she plans to invest her winnings and possibly go on a trip to see her relatives in Switzerland.
