Anaheim man pleads not guilty to child pornography charges

ANAHEIM, Calif.

Anaheim Police began an investigation of the exchange of child pornography over the Internet in November in cooperation with the Orange County District Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles Regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

John Richard Nash, 52, was served with a search warrant at his Anaheim residence. Investigators found a computer with child pornography and Nash was arrested.

Nash pleaded not guilty Wednesday and was released on his own recognizance. He's due back in court on March 28.
