His 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Rain Walker, is the sole beneficiary of his estate, which has been valued between $16 million and $25 million.
His will called for his mother, Cheryl Ann Walker, to become Meadow's legal guardian, and she has filed papers to that end.
The papers state that Meadow has been living with her since the "Fast & Furious" actor's death. According to the paper's, Meadow's mother lives with her as well, but is not an appropriate caretaker because she has issues with alcohol.
Walker, 40, was killed in a car crash in Santa Clarita in November. The actor died after the Porsche sports car he was riding in crashed and burst into flames. The crash also killed his friend, Roger Rodas, who was driving.
