A Southern California company is bringing some Armenian flavor to an iPhone near you.
The new ARMOJI app from ZaRRian Corp features a custom keyboard of 170 emojis that plays on Armenian culture and even stereotypes, and is the brainchild of Angineh Nazarian.
According to a news release from the company, the idea came to Nazarian because of one phrase she found herself repeating: "I wish we had an emoji for so and so."
ARMOJI is only available for Apple devices and sells for $1.99.
Plans are underway to add more emojis to the app and to also make an Android version available, the release stated.
