PANORAMA CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A 9-month-old baby girl was shot in the thigh by a stray bullet after four suspects opened fire during an argument in Panorama City Saturday night.
Authorities responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Wakefield Avenue and Osborne Street around 7:15 p.m.
Four suspects were involved and got into a verbal argument when at some point the shooting occurred. A stray bullet then struck the infant's thigh.
The baby was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
The suspects were still at large, authorities said, and the investigation was ongoing.
