NORTHRIDGE, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A Northridge woman was shocked to find what appeared to be swastikas on Hanukkah wrapping paper.

Cheryl Shapiro says she was shopping at a Walgreens in Northridge when she discovered the disturbing symbol on holiday paper. She said she can't believe the design made it through production and into stores.

"I saw it immediately. I think I have a good eye. I panicked. I couldn't believe what I was seeing," Shapiro said.

Walgreens spokesman Philip Caruso said the company was working to remove the product from shelves.
