Spark of Love toy drive spreads cheer to children in Porter Ranch

PORTER RANCH, Calif. (KABC) -- Los Angeles firefighters handed out donated gifts in Porter Ranch Monday to families in need thanks to the Spark of Love toy drive.

"There were plenty of toys to go around for these 400 kids, who are here," Paula Craciun, director of development for Shepherd Church said. "They're so excited."

The toys all came from ABC7's Spark of Love campaign.

For nearly three decades the Spark of Love toy drive has taken in more than 9 million toys helping to bring holiday cheer to children in need.
