COMPTON, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is investigating a deputy-involved shooting that took place in Compton Saturday night.

The shooting took place in the 800 block of N. Tajauta Avenue. No one was injured in the shooting. It is unclear what led to the incident.

Authorities said no arrests have been made, but three people were detained. A suspect is still outstanding.

Tajauta Avenue was closed during the investigation.
