EXPOSITION PARK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- New drone video provides a glimpse into the largest development in University of Southern California's history.

USC Village, a 15-acre residential and retail complex in Exposition Park, will be welcoming students once the semester starts next week.

The village will provide housing for more than 2,500 students and has a Trader Joe's and Target.

The $700 million development took three years to build and will now serve as the new center of the campus.

USC Village, the largest complex in USC's history, will have its grand opening this week and will give students a place to shop and eat.
