LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A Las Vegas man has been charged with driving drunk when he allegedly crashed into Jennifer Lopez's Rolls-Royce.
Robert Reitz, 53, allegedly had a blood alcohol content level of .15 percent when he rear-ended Lopez on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on Sept. 27, Los Angeles County prosecutors said.
Reitz was charged with one misdemeanor for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content. If convicted, he faces a maximum six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine.
At the time, Lopez posted a selfie with actress Leah Remini, who was also in the car, on Instagram expressing her anger. Lopez's two kids were also in the car at the time.
