LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Leonardo DiCaprio is getting some of the best reviews of his career for his performance in the new movie, "The Revenant," which is inspired by true events.
The sometimes brutal survival story is set in the uncharted American wilderness of the 1820s. DiCaprio and Tom Hardy star in the movie directed by Oscar winner Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu.
Entertainment Guru George Pennacchio spoke with DiCaprio and Hardy about the movie.
"The Revenant" is in theaters worldwide and rated "R" for violence and gory images.
