Marvel actors at Comic-Con hoping to inspire fans
Actors in upcoming Marvel films like Chris Pratt, Benedict Cumberbatch and Michael B. Jordan shared their thoughts at Comic-Con on how they hope to inspire fans.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (KABC) -- Several performers from Marvel's film universe visited their fans at Comic-Con International last weekend in San Diego.

Since their movies often portray fictional characters who display heroic qualities, the actors shared how they hope to inspire their viewers.

Benedict Cumberbatch showed footage from his upcoming film "Doctor Strange" and said that he wants the movie to make fans feel tenacious.

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" star Chris Pratt stressed the importance of remaining enthusiastic and embracing fun.

As a comic book fan, Michael B. Jordan from 2018's "Black Panther" wanted viewers to pursue their goals with passion.

Costars Kurt Russell and Dave Bautista promoted the universal family themes from "Guardians."

Meanwhile "Spider-Man: Homecoming" actor Tony Revolori was impressed with the idea of selflessness.
