NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- "Who Killed Santa?" is an irreverent, comedic and sometimes just downright wrong musical with audience members helping decide who committed the crime.

The play written by Neil Haven and directed by Ronnie Marmo is being performed at Theatre 68 in North Hollywood on Magnolia Boulevard.

The murder happens during Santa's annual holiday party.

"Let's just say Santa's a bit of a jerk throughout the party and something happens and Santa ends up dead," Marmo said.

So who committed the murder?

His guests include Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Tiny Tim, Steve the Little Drummer Boy and a new character, Chastity, the little drummer girl.

By the time the play is over, all the dirty little secrets of the popular holiday characters are revealed.

"Who Killed Santa?" is playing on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Dec. 4 to Jan. 2.

In the video above, ABC7 Entertainment Guru George Pennacchio introduces us to the hilarious cast and tries to figure out who truly murdered Santa.
