Video shows fireworks attack on police in England

BIRMINGHAM, England (KABC) -- A frightening fireworks attack on police officers in England was caught on video.

The footage shows someone shooting multiple fireworks in rapid-fire succession at a passing police van outside Birmingham, England.

Responding officers searched the area and stopped a 16-year-old boy.

The teen was taken to his parents' home and was referred to juvenile authorities.
