Male flasher on the loose in Thousand Oaks

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (KABC) -- Thousand Oaks police were warning the public of a man who has been flashing people at parks on the east side of the city and Westlake Village area.

From Jan. 10 through Jan. 17, the man has exposed himself multiple times between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at Russell Park and nearby areas.

He is described as 5 feet and 8 inches tall, about 150 pounds and sporting short spiky hair. The man has been linked to a silver compact car.
