Extreme eater and food blogger Eddie Lin is making a new documentary about how he came to discover human placenta as his latest delicacy. (KABC)

Eddie Lin will eat just about anything.

The extreme eater has devoured duck fetus, grasshoppers, even scorpion with a side of worms.

But the strangest thing he ever ate: human placenta.

That's the subject of the documentary the food blogger is working on - "American Afterbirth." He's launched a Kickstarter campaign to help him finish the film.
