Telepsychiatry brings mental healthcare to more patients
Using new technology to arrange long distance appointments can help psychiatrists reach more patients.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Research finds that almost half of those struggling with mental health problems do not receive any treatment. That number might decrease with the expansion of "telepsychiatry," a way of using technology to provide counseling and care over long distances.
