LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Drinking too much alcohol usually means a headache the next day, but some people find they get a headache even after just one glass of wine.

One health expert said the tannins in wines may be one of the causes of the headaches.

Health specialist Denise Dador has more on what could be causing the pain after just one glass in the clip above.
