Hermosa Beach North School project delayed

HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. -- The Hermosa Beach City Council has voted to delay the North School project's Environmental Impact Report by five months.
The council wants to study the impact of traffic around the proposed new North School.
Traffic, views and noise were the top concerns when the project was first announced.
The cost of the new study will be about $60,000.
