Thief steals cameras, memory card with wedding photos in Hesperia
A photographer had her car broken into and her camera equipment stolen in Hesperia. She's asking for help to find the memory card, which contained wedding photos.

HESPERIA, Calif. (KABC) -- Love was in the air last Saturday as wedding bells rang during a beautiful wedding ceremony for Susie and Jonathon Nolden in Chino.

The happy couple hired a professional photographer to capture their celebration, but the only photos they have now are cellphone pictures.

Their photographer Lydia Estrada's cameras and memory cards containing their memories were stolen over the weekend.

Estrada said someone broke into her rental car at The Villas complex in Hesperia and took her gear sometime between Sunday night after 10 p.m. and 11 a.m. Monday morning. Desperate to find the person who did it, Estrada filed a police report and then contacted Eyewitness News using the #ABC7Eyewitness.

Susie Nolden says Facebook pictures of her wedding cannot replace the professional pictures capturing those most loving moments. With her husband in the Navy, she says they'll be leaving for Japan soon where he'll be stationed and they're desperate for their precious photos.

"They're of no use to [whomever took the photos], but they're everything to me and my family," Nolden said.
