Possible kidnap victim out of Highland Park located

HIGHLAND PARK, Calif. (KABC) -- A woman who was sought by the LAPD due to a possible abduction in Highland Park has been located in good condition.

Authorities were concerned that the woman had been kidnapped from Christy's Donuts in the 5600 block of York Boulevard on Dec. 20. Surveillance video showed her running from a man in an SUV, and then getting in the SUV.

The bizarre scene prompted the doughnut shop owner to call police.

Police said on Monday that it was more of a domestic incident than a kidnapping. No one was arrested.
