NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- The 106th Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade kicked off on Wednesday.

The five-night event will run until Sunday. The parade of beautifully decorated boats starts off Bay Island at 6:30 pm and finishes at the same site around 9 p.m. each evening.
