Homicide investigation underway at Cal State San Marcos

SAN MARCOS, Calif. (KABC) -- A homicide investigation is underway at California State University, San Marcos after the body of a man was found on campus.

According to KGTV, an ABC station in San Diego, the body was found near a parking garage on the north end of the campus at about 3 a.m. Monday.

They said there was major trauma to the person's body.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department and campus police are investigating and have released few details.
