Carjacking suspect leads police on wild chase from Culver City to Perris

PERRIS, Calif. (KABC) -- Authorities arrested a suspect who stole a Corvette from a Chevrolet dealership in Culver City overnight.

The suspect stole a white Corvette Stingray from Bunnin Chevrolet located in the 6100 block of West Slauson Avenue around 9 p.m. Monday. Authorities then began chasing the 30-year-old suspect who fled on the eastbound 10 Freeway.

The chase ended in Perris when officers deployed a spike strip to stop the vehicle.
