3.4-magnitude quake shakes Idyllwild area overnight

IDYLLWILD, Calif. (KABC) -- A magnitude-3.4 earthquake struck 6 miles south, southwest of Idyllwild early Saturday morning.

The temblor struck about 1.2 miles deep in the area at 3:43 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

There were no reports of any damage.
