Boy beaten by 2 suspects during Lancaster home invasion

LANCASTER, Calif. (KABC) -- Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies are searching for two suspects who beat up a 12-year-old boy during a home invasion in Lancaster Monday.

The suspects entered a residence in the 1000 block of W. Avenue H-14 around 4 p.m. through an unlocked door.

The men beat the victim and then took off, leaving him behind. Police said nothing was stolen from the residence and a description of the suspects was not immediately available. The boy was treated at the hospital and released.
