Sriracha has gained a foodie cult following since it was first introduced in the United States in 1980.
Huy Fong Foods, the Irwindale-based makers of Sriracha, started teasing their fans about the new to-go packets on Facebook Wednesday.
"2016 is about to get spicier," the post read.
"My life is now complete," one fan commented.
The packets can be ordered online. A 50-packet costs $14.99 and a 200-packet costs $34.99. Visit www.sriracha2go.com for more information. null
