LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The NASA space shuttle external fuel tank, known as ET-94, headed through the streets of Los Angeles Saturday to its final destination at the California Science Center.

The 66,000-pound fuel tank is the second of three pieces needed to complete a full-scale replica of the Endeavour shuttle in its upright launch position. It will take about a year for the exhibit to be completed at the science center.
