PACIFIC PALISADES,LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Six people were injured, two seriously, in a fiery car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Pacific Palisades Saturday afternoon.

Authorities said the crash happened around 5:46 p.m. in the 14800 block of the highway. After the collision, one of the vehicles caught fire.

Six people, three men and three women, were treated by paramedics. Four of the people suffered minor injuries while two others were seriously injured, according to authorities. The conditions of all the victims were unknown.

All lanes of the Pacific Coast Highway were blocked until shortly before 8 p.m. when the scene was cleared.

The cause of the crash was unknown.
