2 dead in apparent murder-suicide in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A man killed a woman and then himself in an apparent murder-suicide in Long Beach Monday afternoon, police said.

A relative called police to the 2200 block of Eucalyptus Avenue at 4:45 p.m.

Nancy Pratt of the Long Beach Police Department said she did not know the relationship between the two, but both were found inside a single-family residence. No further details were immediately available.
