Two men have been charged with murder in the killings of a Fullerton couple and their friend.

Josh Acosta, 21, and Frank Felix, 25, were charged on Tuesday with three felony counts of murder, with special allegations of committing multiple murders, which could make them eligible for the death penalty.

Jennifer Yost, 39, and her husband, Christopher Yost, 34, were found dead in their Fullerton home along with family friend Arthur "Billy" Boucher, 28.

Police were called to the home Saturday by the couple's 6-year-old daughter. She was not harmed, nor was her 9-year-old sister.

Following the attacks, police said a 17-year-old girl, Katlynn Goodwill Yost, who lived at the home was considered missing. She was found safe.

A friend of Felix said she saw him on Friday, when he told her about a conversation with his friend, Katlynn. His friend said he told her he would help Yost "get out."

The female friend also said she knows the girl, her family, and the two suspects through a group called SoCal Furries. She said furries are people who dress up as their favorite animal cartoon character.

A 17-year-old female juvenile was detained along with Acosta and Feliz, but officials have not officially identified her.

There was no word on whether charges will be filed against the teen.

Authorities allege Acosta and Felix entered the Yosts' home early Saturday morning, and Acosta fatally shot the three victims.

In addition to murder, Acosta is charged with sentencing enhancements for the personal discharge of a firearm causing death.

The men were not eligible for bail.

The men's court arraignments were extended to Oct. 28. If they are convicted of all charges, they could each face a minimum of life in state prison.
