CANOGA PARK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police have arrested three suspects Tuesday in the fatal shooting of a man that was struck by a stray bullet in Canoga Park.
Ariel Baker Panigua, 22, 24-year-old Hubaldo Martinez and 24-year-old Joseline Cuellar were taken into custody by Los Angeles Police Department Topanga Area Homicide detectives for murder and attempted murder.
Eduardo Rebolledo-Ramirez, 33, had just gotten into his vehicle to head home from work when the suspects, believed to be gang members, in a car fired at rival gang members in another car just before 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at Eton Avenue and Sherman Way in Canoga Park.
Ramirez died at the scene.
