Silver Lake shooting victim caught in gang crossfire

SILVER LAKE, Calif. (KABC) -- A man in his 50s was listed in stable condition after being shot in the back in Silver Lake Thursday afternoon.

The shooting occurred in the 700 block of Vendome Street.

Investigators believe he was caught in the crossfire of a gang-related shooting.

Four male suspects fled the scene and remain on the loose. The investigation is ongoing.
