Car crashes into pole near Griffith Park, causes power outage

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A car crashed into a telephone pole near Griffith Park, knocking out power in the area on Monday.

The car crashed and flipped onto its side shortly before 4:20 p.m. in the 6300 block of Forest Lawn Drive. No one was taken to the hospital.

The power was out from Barham Boulevard to the 134 Freeway.
