60 East reopens in South El Monte after crash

SOUTH EL MONTE, Calif. (KABC) -- All lanes of the eastbound 60 Freeway were closed in South El Monte Friday morning.

The crash was reported before 5:30 a.m. near the Santa Anita Avenue exit. It was not immediately known if there were any injuries.

All lanes reopened around 6:30 a.m., but traffic was still backed up in both directions.
