Man shot to death in Lake Balboa; investigation underway

LAKE BALBOA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- An investigation is underway after a man was found shot to death at a home in Lake Balboa Saturday afternoon.

A family member discovered his body in the 16000 block of Gilmore Street at about 5:15 p.m.

It was not immediately clear how long the man had been dead. The victim's name has not been released pending notification of kin.

A description of the suspect was not immediately available.
