Indo-Row class includes camaraderie, blasts calories

Not only does Indo-Row blast calories and target major muscle groups, it includes the element of camaraderie to make working out fun.

At Breakthru Fitness, Indo-Row trainer Keli Roberts says rowing targets nine major muscle groups.

Roberts says rowing in a classroom setting makes things exciting and injects a group atmosphere into the workout.
