Amtrak train in Fullerton evacuates after bomb threat

FULLERTON, Calif. (KABC) -- Police evacuated an Amtrak train in Fullerton Sunday evening in response to a bomb threat. After a search, no devices were found.

The train was at the station in Fullerton heading southbound. It was stopped at Harbor Boulevard and Commonwealth Avenue.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department bomb squad searched the area with four bomb technicians and four bomb-detecting dogs. The area was cleared by about 8:35 p.m.
