MISSION HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- A bomb threat prompted a more than two-hour closure of portions of the northbound 405 Freeway and westbound 118 Freeway in Mission Hills.
California Highway Patrol officers received reports of a suspicious device on the 118 Freeway around 12:45 p.m Sunday.
The report caused officers to shut down a section of the 118 Freeway and 405 Freeway near Roscoe Boulevard. Authorities investigated the scene and it is unknown if anything was found.
The freeways were reopened shortly before 3 p.m., and one person was arrested in connection to the incident.
The investigation was ongoing.
