WATTS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A search is underway for the driver who may have caused a wreck between another car and a school bus in Watts Thursday morning.

When first responders arrived at the scene on the 1500 block of 103rd Street around 7:30 a.m., they found the bus and a heavily damaged car.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, two people in the car were transported to local hospitals in critical condition.

Most of the kids are OK. A 12-year-old girl suffered a minor injury and was transported to an area hospital.

Witnesses said the car was clipped by another vehicle, and that's what caused the accident.

Investigators are looking for that third vehicle, reportedly red in color, and the driver.
