Man found shot to death along riverbed in Bell

BELL, Calif. (KABC) -- A homicide investigation is underway in Bell after a man was found shot to death on a bike path along the Los Angeles riverbed.

The man's body was found in the 5300 block of Southall Lane shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday night, according to the sheriff's department. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
