Man killed in gang-related shooting in Lynwood

LYNWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department homicide detectives were investigating the shooting death of a man in Lynwood on Saturday.

The shooting was reported shortly before 5 p.m. in the 3300 block of Sanborn Avenue. Sheriff's officials said it appeared to be gang-related.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he died.
