An Oregon man is suing SeaWorld after he said a hawk the park uses attacked his service dog in February.

Robin Revel, who suffers from a progressive neurological disorder, said he never goes anywhere without his service dog, Yogi.

Revel and his wife visited SeaWorld earlier this year. He said a hawk the park uses to chase away seagulls landed on Yogi and then sunk its talons into Yogi's side and tail.

The attack resulted in surgery and Valley Fever, a fungal infection. After $8,000 in medical bills, Yogi is still being treated for Valley Fever, and now Revel is being tested for the infection.

SeaWorld does not comment on pending litigation, but said safety is a top priority.
