Missing West Covina autistic teen found safe

WEST COVINA, Calif. (KABC) -- A missing 14-year-old boy with autism was found safe in Azusa Monday night after disappearing from his home in West Covina.

West Covina police said Adrian Raul Perez was found unharmed at Azusa Pacific University.

He was reported missing by his family after he was last seen on Sunday at 10:30 p.m. at his home in the 1300 block of Brooktree Circle.

He was deemed by police as critical missing because of his age and condition.

No further information was released.
