PIT maneuver brings Pasadena chase to end in 10 minutes

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- Pasadena police performed a PIT maneuver to bring a chase of a stolen vehicle to a quick end on Saturday afternoon.

A stolen vehicle was reported at about 3:10 p.m. at Fair Oaks Avenue and Washington Boulevard. In less than 10 minutes, officers brought the pursuit to an end with a PIT maneuver.

The car crashed at Euclid Avenue and Thurgood Marshall Street. No injuries were reported.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding misdemeanor warrant and felony evading.
