LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department needs to public's help catching a brazen thief who has been targeting churches.
Investigators say the suspect, seen in surveillance images, stole cash from churches in Hacienda Heights and Rowland Heights over the past year.
According to authorities, he hits donation boxes in broad daylight while the churches are open to the public.
The man was described as Hispanic with "tribal band" tattoos on both legs and large tattoos on both arms.
