LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police are searching for a suspect accused of burglarizing a home in Pacific Palisades, officials said Thursday.

According to investigators, the suspect pried off plywood to get into the home located in the 1000 block of Las Pulgas Road.

Police say the suspect reportedly used bolt cutters to tamper with a camera and stole various items, including an entertainment system, from the home.

Officials say he took off in a dark pickup truck with chrome rims.

He is described as a Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years old with a medium build, according to authorities.
